Clear from the start.

Draft terms. Contracting and payments remain disabled until provider details, tax treatment, service providers and final terms are confirmed.

1. A quote before we start

Each project requires a proposal covering scope, deliverables, schedule, number of revisions, total price, applicable taxes and third-party costs. Portfolio prices are indicative and do not replace that proposal.

2. Payments

The proposed split is a 50% deposit and 50% balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. No payment is initiated without an accepted quote. The exact amount is confirmed at the provider’s checkout. Card details are not requested by email or messaging.

3. Delivery, revisions and support

The schedule begins once agreed materials and the deposit are received. Included revisions and support are detailed in the proposal. Additional work requires a new agreement. Domain, maintenance and external services are included only if specified.

4. Cancellation and withdrawal

Cancellations are assessed according to the agreement and work actually performed, respecting consumer rights. Where applicable to distance contracts with consumers, a 14-day withdrawal period applies. An early start requires a separate express request; loss of the right after full performance requires the applicable legal conditions and acknowledgements. Payment alone does not waive this right.

5. Complaints and rights

A business complaints channel will be completed before contracting is activated. Statutory guarantees and mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms. Disputes are subject to applicable jurisdiction rules.
